Ululations
In Hebrew צַהֲלוּלִים (Tsahalulim) or Kululu, are long, high-pitched trilling sounds of joy.
In Arabic زغروطة Za’arota or زغوردة Za’urdaa and respectively in Iraqi Arabic هلاهل, Hala’hal or Hala’hil are high curly sounds produced by a rapid movement of the tongue while expressing joy and happiness mostly amongst women in middle eastern cultures, during celebration and on special celebrations in many Mid-Eastern cultures.
